Business Consultant (Continuing Education) – a remote location depending on the area.

The Continuing Education Business Consultant will provide consulting services to Jenzabar customers on the implementation, training and use of our Continuing Education software system.
The Business Consultant will be passionate about identifying solutions for clients using the Jenzabar Continuing Education Student Information System. In this position, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and will determine how the Continuing Education software can be configured to fulfill their business requirements.
The Business Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation process. They will assist users in the setup and training assignments that are required during the implementation process. They will work with clients to assist with defining business processes and procedures when using Higher Reach, configuring and using the system. The Business Consultant will have the ability to analyze business requirements in order to provide guidance and expertise on implementing the Jenzabar software to maximize the client’s goals and objectives.
The Business Consultant will provide analysis regarding the client’s configuration and training through a report format. They will work in conjunction with the Jenzabar Project Manager to ensure client success with Higher Reach.
The Business Consultant will have an understanding of continuing education student continued lifecycle with an educational institute. They will also stay current with latest Continuing Education trends and best practices within the industry.
The Business Consultant may participate in sales calls, assist in scoping add on work and assist in proposal development. The consultant may also assist with testing of new software features.
The Business Consultant will be expected to travel up to 32 weeks per year and will be in the office (or working remotely) during normal business hours when not traveling or visiting customer locations.
EDUCATION: BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years of continuing education or software implementation experience

SPECIAL SKILLS (Preferred) :
• Higher Education experience specifically with Continuing Education and/or Workforce Development departments
• Excellent customer facing and presentation skills, with an ability to share expertise with others
• Understanding full training cycle from needs analysis to post training analysis
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• A passion for technology and acquiring new skills and experience
• Report writing and / or SQL Language knowledge a plus, but not required for this position.
